Pick10Wise (pick10wise.com, the "Site") is owned and operated by Better Days Health LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we," "us," or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

You can browse the Site without creating an account or providing any personal information. We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, for example when you:

• Contact us — your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Subscribe to our newsletter — your email address.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:

• IP address (in truncated or anonymized form where supported);

• Affiliate cookies — set by third parties (such as Amazon) when you click an affiliate link, so the retailer can attribute a purchase to our Site. See Section 5.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site.

5. Affiliate links and advertising

Pick10Wise is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

When you click an affiliate link on our Site, the destination retailer (for example, Amazon) may place cookies on your device to track that your visit originated from Pick10Wise. Any purchase you make happens entirely on the retailer's website, under the retailer's own privacy policy and terms. We never see or store your payment information, shipping address, or order details.

Affiliate commissions come at no additional cost to you and do not influence our rankings or evaluations. For more details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers — companies that help us operate the Site, such as web hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. They may only use your information to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Better Days Health LLC, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via a notice on the Site.

7. Your privacy rights (U.S. states)

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and the privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states. • Right to non-discrimination — we will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request (typically by confirming the email address associated with your data). We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not sell or share personal information, browser-based opt-out signals such as "Do Not Track" and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) do not change how the Site operates. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and honor such signals as required by law.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• Contact messages — retained while we handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for reference.
• Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe, after which your email is removed from our mailing list.
• Analytics data — retained according to our analytics provider's settings, in aggregated form.
